today i had to take my mom to the Bus station by 10 pm

i had to cancel all my appointment including Home Group

we left at 930 because mom wanted to do last minute washing

we reach the bus station at 10 sharp, we ran for 10 mins looking for a bus

10.10pm the bus left us.

after that we wanted to go home n it took us 1 hour to go home due to the Jam

once we reached home in Rained n all the clothes were wet.

who would have thought.. Freedom can be gone in Just a blink of an eye. thinking life is just full of one's self and things will just be awesome.
Well Parents gone 4 2 months is Awesome, i get to have car For myself, No curfew ,go for any Movies anytime, i even went to Ipoh for some reasons. Man Freedom really is great..

Freedom has it flaws too..and you start to really miss what has been there all the while

I just realized i have no money cause.. i can't ask for money any time i want.

hek pplz letz talk ... life of a college student rocks... but life of a college student sitting for exam in 2 months seriously.. Sucks. Schedule on a weekend.. if there's no class.. wake up at 12 30 earliest , cant start studying cause ure still sleepy.. on the TV theres nothing but more repeats.. even On disney channel.. its all about mickey riding on that black n white boat.... only start studying about 3 pm.. to 5 pm . And then walk my dog ... after dinner frm like 8 pm start studying till 11 pm ,Sucks huh?

ok... now if theres classes usually its about 2 30.. well unlucky me theres really no girls in my class.. (im a boy btw).. u go in class about 1 hour earlier. to look for CHicks from other intakes (let the hunt begin) ... well since i have 3 other friends who stare at every hot girl at the rate of 5 and above...(its our rating system) and of cause starts mentioning about that too small la that too big la n black too skinny (im not saying wat it is..) im a good boy . When they stare i do my homework:) then class starts.. super BORING lecturer turns up. after 1 30 mins of lecture.. which is the 1st session half of the class is gone when the second session begins... It's been a long time... readers.. im finally got my materials to do something… ok before I actually go to the real thing….i need to tell you the reasons why I stop for such a long time… Chinese New year jus passed … things been complicated n fun at the same time…so I guess there is your answer… ok here’s some run through…every year I’ll go to Terrenganu my moms hometown to celebrate Chinese new year. and this is how the story starts

Ok the reason y I started this post, its coz of this gal here…. Look at her… she’s all red !!! i couldn’t get pics of her dats y I got back instead…well usually she wears a Sari .she’s wearing a sari now but its quite hard to see from this angle ….well why u ask me y do I think she’s a wanebee … well she has multiple personality , laugh at every joke we make looks behind or at you every 10 secs…(we counted a world record she was looking bhind about 74 times in 3 minutes…), and the worst thing is that she acts like she noes everything… imagine this…

Yo! Hows life? Aniway this is about me n this Awakening Camp which was Help by the YA RCKL and Surprisingly it was Great… need more days la rite??? Onli the committee die onli heard that had enough of sleep … 5 hours ? anyway will tell u in a paragraph …

Dec 15(not so sure about the Date tembak sikit la ok?)… the Rooms were confirm that Me,Jeremy,John Ruben, Alvin,kears, And shar wei(is dat how u spell Pervert? Hope he doesn’t see this hehe) talk about being the Best Room ever it was SOOO chun but of coz the Committee had their own rooms again.. 2 ppl haiz.. so unfair.. anyway…. That was all for that day…

Dec 27… and finally the day has Finally reached, I had to woke up n go to church about 645 …that’s early. Man… we had to bring the instrument down and all shove it inside the bus ,,,,Btw.. I had to Go with Dan Loo to PD which is so so so….. how you say… erm… not cool … I wana go in the Bus!! But oh well so we’re all soo excited… like Ya MAN!!!wen we reached there… Anyway everybody’s first impression is… What Kind of place is this… macam Pergi NS(trust me Ns Looks So much cooler…) well so much for that ,but the rooms is not really a Bad place since its kinda big wit Air conditioning … so what happened is that there is 2 toilets and A basket ball court outside.. sooo Cool… after admiring the stuff… we went over to the Hall area to shift the Music instrument … (I actually brought my luggage there.. so dum..) Just thinking about you Cant Jump in the hall is giving the impression about wat kind of place izzt… but cool it was like Catholic Church…wit those Cool long Benches which we use to sleep on in Ns and has those Cushion thing which I think its cool (can do Indian dance wit it.. onli Russle Peter Fans will know this..) and that’s enough for Introduction…. Now it’s the games time… wow its cool we had to play some treasure hunting game… which was… im not sure about it………. But it was so tiring.. (lots of running) and of coz there was 4 Groups… Blue Red yellow and erm.. Green .. well Iggy (Ignatius) thought it would be Fun to see All of Us Go nuts… (imagine every1 starts Shouting at each other )… 4 no reason…. Well theres actually a reason something to do with Finding out somebody’s true self in a game or sumthing.. if that was wat he intended to do… He really got us Cornered… well and if you thought that was CraZy…. Not knowing it was my Birthday today..(actually I noe but dono how to say…) well anyway not knowing they will actually do sumthing to me … (thought they might actually attack me at night..) BOOM somebody grab me from behind … somebody is holding my Body parts…..( HANDS and LEG onli…) .. Somebody.. was tying my leg n hands…. End ending up… Everybody is Enjoying the Scene… well that didn’t end Just like dat… Some Body… back stab our friend Daniel Loo and now Somebody Tied him n hold him and do everything to him..(you know wats the most annoying part of this operation??? Its wen they ask you to relax.. wen ure not moving a muscle except for Supporting yourself from Falling…)well that didn’t end… we Got PAWNED!!! By eggs… 7 eggs all tgr.. if im not wrg.. 5 on me 2 on Daniel.. (there was eggs in my EYES n NOSE….) why is there 5 eggs on me I donoe…. Well then we had to hop all the way to the beach( ah I 4got to mention we had icebreakers on the Beach..)and wash ourselves .. well that was the End of day one… ah I 4got we had a preacher Name Pastor CW(Clamen wong) lol.. in Session 1 (worship was lead by Daniel Sim) and we at night… we Played Foot ball… on A Basketball court.. cool huh? Anyway I SCORED 1 GOAL BUAHAHA so as I was saying.. my Room is the best… but.. wen it comes to Toilet and shitting it’s the Worst ( Ask JR n kears ) Jeremy is the King of Pangsai (gilian is pangsai queen shhh don’t tell her ) so as the story.. Continue… the reason why we cannot sleep… Jeremy is trying to send Sms which his phone is Screwed up dono y cannot send, n Jr is sending Sms like craZ which can send.. n of coz me 2 la but mine in silent mode … Imagine a error n Successfully sent Sony Erricson Sound at the Same time… SoOo annoying Oyea Before I 4got … I wana Thank Meg n Ash 4 the super Chun wallet and the Glowing name Key chain tytyty.. well as time Fly we slept…

Dec 28

So I guess its like early in the morning had to go to Devotion group (leader = Iggy) had lots of food after that then we started our 2^rd session which worship was lead by Eddy the Edwin lol and Sermon is still by P’s Clament Wong … so as the session ended we Played Games again!! 4gotten wat games we played di.. again.. all I know that it was fun Lol well after that we had dinner rest 4 while played in the beach and of coz practice 4 the 3^rd session which im Worship leading what a bummer had to wait 4 shawns group to end their practice 1^st … so as I was saying right after that was so cool till the time wen I realize we don’t use the paper thing anymore and we’re in the Computer age where you need to put lyrics in the Computer as well Lol … Thk you P’s Lisa …she starts asking every1 to do things like smelling pplz armpits and stuff lol…. And the worst is when she ask 4 Lips to Lips contact… and I start running around kissing everyone (fake la of coz…) I even Kiss PS LISA omg I can feel Pastor Ronnie with the parang(or bible wtv..) coming after my NECK lol…thinking that was cool after my lyrics is done I owned the worship with the presences of the Lord surrounding the youths of the Camp as we feel the Need to worship … but then mistakes happens n I start singing out of tune Lol well that’s ok LoL well after that is the Presentation Time buauhahah … Each group have to act according to a Bible scripture and Speak of the Devil when I wasn’t hoping 4 it … WE got SAMSON and DELILAH…. AGAIN….!!! Maybe there’s a Curse of Delilah surrounding me or hunting me …. (Acted as Delilah in Rock camp…) well since its like this… I have to direct and act as Delilah again which was quite cool but just that we drag the story abit too long ……….green team won … wee but oh well at least it was fun haha

Well after that… we played a Night game … freaking fun game… but the prob is that IGGY Lied To me !!! malas to explain u ask him y..!! anyway that was the end of the day so guess Tmr is the Last too well I enjoyed the camp Everybody else did Lol so Cizo ppl !!

31th of Dec…

what else is there to talk about? Sunday we go to church and we came back… Lol ok fine so it’s not that dull Just that all the mamaks are closed and there’s no where to go… so … wat to do? Waiting in Pelitas till the food is ready.. about 11 something and then we went through some Photo in Iggy’s Lap top which was soo cool (seeing Daniel doing the Stuns on his presentation… Noah’s wife’s Bo*** Lol) well after that had a drink n went back home .. kinda early today.. well because we have heroes who planed to take their computer over to play some DOTA … didn’t work out as usual..so instead of that… we went to Foot Ball … weee scored another goal .. soooo happy Lol well after that I got to take the Car out (camry) went over to Angie’s house( Water drinker 4 short Cow fei) then thk god 4 Angeline since she was in my car.. she showed me the way TO a places called… Rondeuzeu … ( Is that how u spell it?) well food was Awe some… But I was soo dum to order such a Lame meal.. well since Angie gave me her fries n sui li n kevan game me their Greens… guess its not too bad after all Lol well after that hmm… Its HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!! well after that’s over we played a game called.. Taboo freaking chun game…Kam fwei came out wit a chun idea… which was the losing team drink a whole Big water bottle … you think that’s nothing huH? 30 mins later…. Kam Fwei on the Floor begging us to let him go to the toilet… sweating Cold sweat… wat a game imagine that you have to Act out some lame word which u don’t know at all… like erm.. Silicon Thread … how u act dat out? Or say it out? Well after that’s over we’re all heading back home and went to sleep lol( some body thought of the idea of playing Dota sommore … smart fellow)

Really if u actually asked what I did last 2 weeks since my parents went to England I’ve been out all 2 week … im really not sure my self heh… if I try listing down what I did it’ll take hours … so I’ll just make a story out of it

Ok 20^th of Nov … since I just got the car right after college I grab the keys and asked Jr N Jeremy 4 makan since it looks like they are the only ppl who has no life heh… and guess wat… since we had the OOOOOoooom to do something they all thought of a great idea … they thought of staying over at my House since its Parents free with a Ps2 n and Computer which can only play dota and watch YOUTUBE….. stayed up till 4… AM(after midnight got that from Daniel loo)

21th nov since Bernard ask me to use paragraph I’ll try it anyways so since this monkeys is in my house… I had to send them back …but this time Aunty Sally had me stay back and made me do some hand work for her.. which I dislike (4 the KIDS!!!!) did till 4 made an excuse to go back which is TRUE ok… my Mothers Friend Nama= Aunty Wailing frm Metro TAB which was so kind invited me 4 dinner but since I was in the Middle of a DOTA match I made her delay…. Which was BAD and she was waiting 4 me man I feel so bad… ah oh well TY Aunty Wailing

23th nov 4got to mention that I have classes every morning so I guess u should know what im doing in the morning yea? If im not wrong.. Shawn the smart Boy Decides that we should Do a meeting.. since I got a car… (Useless bugger…Jk lol) So of Coz Gilian Came (you know y rite?) Jocelyn and Serene tag along too …. But that’s not the best part Ending up wit only 5 people … there’s already 3 Groups.. 1 is the Serene and Joce group n Gilian n Shawn group and of coz the Nicholas Group… Serene and Joce is talking abt phone … Gilian and shawn talking about how to finish the Pizza b4 I can take it and im like some sakai dono doing wat… well after that Pergi la Mac D … dono la wats wrg with every1 suddenly all buying Mac flurry and laughing at each other for reason then that was the end of that day…

24^th nov Izzt me or Did Just watch the must Lamest Show in the World… RC…(Royal Casino…) …eh wait I mean CR (Casino Royal..) then what else la have to send all the monkeys again.. and since I m being so cautious going through every single Hum since there’s like 6 ppl behind.. dah la Camry u noe SO LOW and back to CR… that show has NO main Orang Jahat, No New gadgets and all but the only thing that never changes is that the 007 dude is still Flirting with all the Jantans in the Movie..

25^th NOV … I Seriously… 4got..its Friday that’s all I know… is there any HG in the 1^st place??? I 4got… some1 please remind me.

26^th Nov Saturday lo… but what on earth Did I do u ask? Go to Class Lo… wat did I DO after Class? I Skip Accounts class LO ….. I should’t say this but I think the world needs to know I Skip Class 4 Mamak ..M I Lame or wat? Lol well went with some Ugly friends of mine actually ..but of coz we had plans since we’re going 4 Futsal that was rocking and tiring its like after 3 weeks dono how to kick ball (I bet somebody’s going to say I don’t noe how to kick in the 1^st place) and after that we went 4 some CS with my friend greg’s friends LoL and that’s was the end of the day

27^th nov Sunday… and watching tv lo.. haiz…. Jk went to Church la Apa lagi… dono wat was I doing… after church Play DOTA until nuts but only till 1230 since Dan Loo wanted to Do the Video 4 Church Video(don’t ask wat happened to it) right after the video went back Church and meet up with some monkeys and was Checking out their Video under Sis Yun Foen … it was like a Secret meeting.. weird huh? Lol but I saw everything …well after that went back home to pack up 4 Foot ball … after Foot ball Jr Thought of another cRaZ Idea … staying over again? Siau Kia play ps2 still not enough but felt super tired since right after FB we went to makan with Daniel loo which ordered a bunch …right after Dinner John bought 1 Can of beer… 7 rm 1? Gila ka.. buy la coke safe money… anyway after that we went home… dono doing wat la… play ps then play comp but felt veri sleepy coz we were watching a stupid show which Daniel Loo told us was On (Mr n Mrs Smith )then after that we both Black out…

28^th the day Before Sun beam camp…. Woke up quite late… lol oyea .. shawn Asked me n Jr to go Bball supposedly at 830am but since we slept late.. we all went there at 11pm or izzt 12 pm lol went to Grab some Food heh and after that …..YES im going to say it Again I went to CC again…lol after that we went home again… Lol stupid John only have 5 rm left… after that we ate dinner and stuff n I went over to Jr’s Cave …. Wow his Parents are great … they wanted to serve me FISH!!! LoL and I thought I could escape fish 4 2 weeks.. well after that we didn’t want to end the Day early n we end up going to mamak … but this time we Invited the Leongs and Tans Sisters.. and ending up after the leongs come in the car there was No peace since then…… Seriously.. Imagine something more Annoying then Ash…. (JK wey ) lol anyway the TANS FFK us… Lolo rite that’s all 4 the 1^st week… well after that is the Sun beam CAMP well Cizo ppl..

Do you know what’s freedom….some people say when your parents is not around… some people say when you finish your exam … but what happens when 2 things at the same time oMG man my parents Just left to England to see my Lost sister (She has done it !!! she passed her BAR!!!) and the Best part is THE CAR IS ALL MINE!!!(but only the Camry Crv is somewhere in some guy’s house called peter yau) But the prob is… my Camry onli got half a tank of petrol haiz…. So the holidays are here huh? Man I don’t get any holidays, wish I was back in Secondary… well thinking of wat to do on the 1^st day… of my Merdeka… right after my classes are over Me n JR planed to watch a movie.. then we started inviting … the prob is Shawn… ask whos going? Only 2? Asked to invite more.. then Jeremy ask whos going? No Girls? Ask me to invite girls… fine .. but I told him to go ask anyway after that scared not enough people so I ask chia (Jonathan)another short form CCB…I mean CBB … supposed to be the max but then never expected…Wayne(rooney ROCKS MAN not him but the MU 1 ) the Hero pop! Out middle of no where saying he wants to go too… great (I don’t drive a VAN ok.. ) man its just a Camry luckily they went by taxi instead… Dah la now Jeremy so depress coz some ppl are not going coz some people like the Leongs are in PHuket having another Holiday (Megan n Ash) … (kids this days..)well while driving this monkeys.. they start opening the door 4 NO REASON!!! Omg they think my car is dirty or something wana help me clean… maybe the car behind thinks im mad driver wit mad passengers… once we reach Galaxy … we were later 25 mins I think the show starts at 4 ( casino Royal) but we went in only la.. didn’t get to see the part where he comes out his trunks LoL…n I think the shows abt 130.. but only get to see 1 hour of the show… coz all the rest are all cut scene.. (y do they even out there 18sx if they concord everything… ) well right after that APA LAGI go CC n dota 4 abt 2 hours …right after that we sent Shawn back me n JR went 4 dinner LoL I had to pay 4 the bugger … so poor even the ant also has to share the Food with him…LoL well this month is going to be a very busy day guess SINCE iTS PS BABY ( actually nxt month ) and come to think of it there’s UNITED LIFE CONCERT COMING up weee!!! I got the tickets buhahaha I noe some ppls ,didn’t get but im really a sympathetic guy so I’ll tell you everything and wat happened hehe I’ll sing it if u wan … well youth camp is coming soon pray dat I will be the W’L so I can sing to u guyz the Original LoL!!! Happy Holidays People 1^st to All My Brothers from the Middle of the earth!! India…. And too all the 2^nd to all the Dudes Who SOKONG BUMI!!!! Anyway..Went to Malacca wey … what a Crowded area we actually went to this Town area Full of shops not to mention full of people den … 1^st shop we have the Chicken Balls Rice store… full of people inside the shop… next shop was the Nyonya (is dat how u spell it??) Restaurant masuk onli everything habis di … and the Auntie was Like ( SAU TONG SAU TONG!!!) << the there was people Lining up 4 summore Chicken Rice BaLLS!!! Whats so nice about chicken rice balls man/... its not even Chicken….but the next shop was amazing…. There was no more Chicken rice balls….. but there was still ppl lining up 4 a SIT?? And this time every1 was like holding a Umbrella outside the hot sun… even the foreigner was thinking about what were they buying?? More balls??? Well dat was My Hols .. wasted 1 day in Malacca Suppose to Look my Aunties.. but my dad 4got they way n he 4got their Hp Number…. Awesome…. Have U heard About it ?? its Happening In Malaysia man a MAC D Buffet All u can eat only 4 rm19 90… Isn’t it great? An awesome meal right after a tiring day… 5.40pm while driving to get some ugly people like(Shawn ,JR,Johnteoh(steph’s bro) after taking Shawn … we went to get JR … driving around n finding him… like playing hide and seek … 1st say in Ampang point then suddenly says he is in Klcc young people this days… Shawn wanted to invite the girls… but all Diet la wat else n luckily Daniel Loo called… whats wrong wit him man he’s 10 times richer then me… some more need me to pay 4 him… actually he doesn’t want to break his 50 rm note… n I hav to break mine… Oyea n after taking JR we went to take John … well the real StoRY starts here… Go in the Mac Donald in Projet only … the waitress counter girl got annoyed with us because all taking so long to take our order WE TRIED EVErything they had Even Jagung man … didn’t even knew they had jagung in the 1st place (Jagung = CORN) best part is … desert is onli after 7 45…. Dats onli like 30 mins to 815.. but we were already full before the 745 John teoh retired after 30 mins… (1 burger,1 set of fries, chicken , 2 set of nuggets I think… and maybe 2 drinks?) 15 mins after that who WOULD hav thought DAN LOO retired..(3 sets of fries, 2peices of chicken , porridge ,1 burger ,2 sets of nuggets and ALOTS OF COKE) ended with only Me John and Shawn even though there was no loser..Shawn ended wit (2 set of nuggets 2 pieces of chicken I think 1 set of fries 1 apple pie drinks n 1 burger , porridge, nuggets too lol) JR(1 sundae 1 burger 1or 2 ½ apple pie 1 set fries porridge ,corn and Drinks nuggets n chicken too lol)and 4 me(No drinks 2 sundae 2 burgers Big-mac only eat the burger , 3 ½ apple n banana pie (other half with JR) 1 set of chicken 2 set of nuggets) and I took 1 sundae home LoL John with the nuggets n shawn with the Fries(my Whole car smelled like Mac Donald man almost wanted to take the Mac Donald Figure home LoL) stupid worker didn’t even let me take the sundae out had to hide it in Drink…oh well that’s about it … if this Buffet continues I think Mac Donald in Malaysia will go Bankrupt LOL ciao

Another Trip was organized by my class …. This time it was a trip to the federal court but this time it wasn’t somewhere we can walk to ….like the High Court … its all the way in Cyber Jaya …. It wasn’t sooo…. Different or something but just something different and to earn some experience … when we reached there it was like a normal court just that we were a bit later then usual time and also I actually woke up at 5 man… gay wey…and the thing starts at 9…. Wonder what did we do in such a long period … anyway Lucky us there was a Criminal case… where someone actually Stab Someone with a Screwdriver wey… well that was the only case though so sad… and after that we went to 4 a movie… MIAMI VICE … Boring show and I will Never order a Large pop corn again (ate the whole BOX-size regular-NOT THE BOX-by my self ) all want to diet… full of crap man and MY Parents are going to England on the 20 or October man and im going to BE free ,… and my Assessment is on the 9^th …hope I can do well … well and the Best Part is MY SISTER (EUNICE ) is COMIng back wohooo ok la that’s all 4 today ciao pplz

The High Court Oman wat a place Its Huge with alots of Lights ……. U r asking me wat m I doing there? Well my class wanted to make a visit to the Hii court so wats the harm on dropping by …. We met at Masyid Jamek its quite near the Court like 15 mins walk … we had to follow the schedule that was given n tried out all the Cases …. Fewer of the Cases was like a normal case Fight … but there’s was one ended like it never started…. The Plaintiff(the attacker) started wit a 15 mins talk on y should the Defended Be sued after the talk the Defendants Lawyer stand up n started Coughing n told the judge that he needs to pros phone the case coz he had a cold…. Wt… wat was dat la ……..Well it ended like .But for the Next Case suddenly a Group of men came in n Kena LOCK UP bhind the Cage there … like animals ..sad case anyway they were actually getting punish 4 being immigrants n the punishment was announce by the poor lady lawyer since there were like 12 people she had to repeat the punishment like 12 times dah la got 2 lady summore imagine all wit hand cuffs n the punishment was like dis (Kamu akan didenda selama 5 tahun atau didenda sampai 10 ribu RM dan akan di rotan ) she had to said dat 12 times man keisian her anyway dats all … haha ok ciao guyz gtg study my PS2!!! Merdeka Merdeka!!! Every1 is shouting outside of my house , got some Malay guy throwing bottle cans outside n my Dog keeps barking at them… how can I even sleep .Come on its 10 mins till merdeka is over … Just finish eating since my Family dinner jus finished … my dad said it’s the 1^st time we succeeded but I told him it was only the 1^st time the other dinner party was like mixed wit my friends my sisters party … weird… we ate NASI MINYAK which ppl like Ashleigh and Megan doesn’t know about (sorry girls cant show you.. John Help them) .Anyway I meet 2 new people , 1 is Zhe Fei I wonder if that’s how its spelled , he came down and I talk to him about Dota n he was occupying the computer for like 2 hours . hope he played well since he was using my ID he was playing with my Friend Melody or John On with the ID ADRIAN (wat Kind of ID is DAT MEL?) then I finally meet 1 of my cousin her name was …..freak I 4got (shisala or sumthing ) anyway its like we finally met in 10 YEARS last time she said I was like a stick…. N now im big… some times feel like im insulted but im not sure actually. She told me she stayed in Fiji (somewhere near NZ if u don’t noe) but I couldn’t tell if she was anything . she was born in papa new ginea (Is that how u spell it?) n she’s studying in China (Medical woooo) but what surprised Is dat she PLAYS games and I thought something like Bubble Puzzle or something(or maybe Bejeweled…) but what shocked me is… she wanted to play Need for speed underground .. I was like u wana play this? (of coz she sucks la duh hahahaha…jk) so while she was playing we talk n talk n talk

How bad foods can be good

It sounds hard to swallow, but not all naughty-but-nice foods have the reputation they really deserve.

Chocolate, red meat and nuts are just a few forbidden treats which, in moderation, can actually help rather than hinder our health as part of a balanced diet.

We expose some of the snacks which are worth slipping off the wagon for once in a while.

NUTS
Okay, we can’t deny the sky-high calorie count found in a small handful of nuts. However, it is 170 calories wisely spent if you want to lower the risk of heart disease and support the body’s circulation system. Ironically, evidence also suggests regular nut-eaters are a little thinner than those who don’t indulge because a small amount of nuts satisfies hunger and sends snacking packing. Nuts are jam-packed with healthy monounsaturated fats which don’t raise blood cholesterol. Almonds, macadamias and cashews are especially dense in nutrients such as magnesium and potassium, but keep them unroasted and unsalted to tap into their raw potency. Experts advise eating a variety of nuts for a diverse selection of nutritious goodies.

BUTTER
Perhaps it’s about time we gave butter the credit it deserves. Unlike margarine, butter is almost completely unprocessed and bursting with essential naturally formed nutrients which help keep our system in top shape. On one hand, there’s no shying away from the two cholesterol-raising agents found in the spread but to its credit, butter contains a valuable source of easily absorbed vitamin A and fat-soluble vitamins E, K, and D. Butter is also rich in the powerful antioxidant selenium to protect our cell’s against free radicals which are linked to cancer and heart disease. Organic butter also has especially high levels of conjugated linoleic acid which delivers first-class protection against cancer.

ALCOHOL
It sounds almost too good to be true but last week boffins revealed more evidence which suggests a drink a day helps lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and can even help you live longer. Moderate drinking of red wine (one to two units per day) can stop people from developing colds and also lowers the risk of heart disease. The black stuff’s high antioxidant compounds are believed to slow down the deposit of bad cholesterol on the artery walls. CHEESE
Rest assured – cheese isn’t a complete nutritional nightmare. In fact, like butter, this natural food is a clean and excellent source of vitamins. It’s also a goldmine for calcium which keeps bones and teeth in great condition and protects against osteoporosis, which destroys bone density. Eating cheddar after finishing a meal is believed to help prevent tooth decay. Cheese increases the amount of saliva in the mouth which neutralises acid while its high calcium content may replace minerals in the tooth enamel. Research also suggests a matchbox size portion of organic cheese can provide up to 88% of the recommended daily intake of Omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for good health and to protect against disease.

CHOCOLATE
Blimey, the image upgrade of our ‘anti-health food heroes’ just keeps getting better. Remarkably, evidence says eating the correct amount dark chocolate could help control diabetes and blood pressure. Not only is it choc-a-bloc with nutritional goodies such as magnesium and polyphenols but also contains an antioxidant called flavanol which can help neutralise the cell damaging effects of free radicals. It’s believed the flavanols found in dark chocolate have the capacity to absorb oxygen in the body at 10 times that of spinach, weight for weight. For maximum benefits choose a small portion of dark chocolate for its high cocoa and lower sugar content compared to milk and white varieties.

ICE-CREAM
You can’t beat the lip-smacking taste of a 99 to hit the spot on a sunny day. But ice-cream doesn't just taste good – it could be a factor in maintaining a healthy diet as well. A study involving a panel of European nutritionists found 83% agreed treats such as ice-cream add variety and enjoyment to a diet. As a result, this makes you more likely to stick to a healthy eating plan rather than a strict regime which bans all goodies off the menu. The same study also concluded ice-cream is a good source of protein which is vital for cell’s to function. Its high calcium and phospherous content is also the business for healthy bones and teeth.

RED MEAT
Poor old read meat has had a bad rap in recent years, being linked to weight-gain, high cholesterol and other health related problems. However, there’s two sides to every story and red meat does have a good side to it. To start with, it’s a top source of protein, micronutrients and energy, plus over the last 20 years, its fat content has been cut by a third. Not only can red meat help increase the absorption of iron from vegetables and cereals when eaten in the same meal but it pays for itself in the nutrition stakes as well. Anaemia is the most common nutritional deficiency in the UK, but meat is a treasure of easily absorbed iron which can help avoid this condition. The key is to get shop smart and opt for low-fat cuts which are grilled or dry-fried to keep saturated fat levels to a minimum.

Sorry for the late updates … been busy or you can say Lazy .it was since my Big Sister came back and everything became very busy but the sad thing is , she is leaving on the 14 of august… That is like ,less the 3 weeks coz of that…she would ask me to watch movie with her go shopping with her play PS2 wit her . Well she was SOOO NOOOBIE …even by watching her I feel like crying(all gamers will feel the same way) but its fun being with her (even if she talks too much) and the worst part is she disturbs me while I am sleeping ……….. if u are thinking (oh how bad can it be Imagine all the light pointing at your face blanket snatched Pillows snatched and 2 fans at full blast facing u ) but oh well she is my sister …….. anyway that’s all I would like to share this moment ciao!

Helo readers i am currently at my Mothers Kumpung which is the east cost of Malaysia called Terengganu. Why do i choose this Topic mostly its Because when i was on my way to my hometown (a whole 5 hour drive) my Mom had a Cd with a very speacial Sermonc on worship...the preacher is a Singaporean born American ... the examples of worship that he said about was what a normal believer of God will do ...but there is something that caught my attention is by fulfilling someone's Disire ... what a weird Massage but since its just a massage, it wouldn't hurt just to listen, and what i got is by Worshiping God is also Through SEX* (kids if u dont Understand the meaning please use the Dictionary or dont Ask) as Married Couple ....of coz thats only one of his example but after a while i realised that fulfilling someone's disire ... doesn't have to be only Sex it can be other things like how my Sister would feed me ... while i was sleeping(since i LOVE FOOD that would mean she's fulfilling my Desire) ... (wasabi) trying to wake me up but i don't think thats fulfilling my desire....or the time when i was in the morning market the Fish Monger was giving my mom Fishes to bring it back Home. is that worship? since he is fulfilling my moms wishes ? nahh my mom had to Pay for it ... or when the time my cuz n sister was Spamming I love you to caroline while blowing breath of petai at me while i fulfill thier desire to hav fun... im not too sure about all this but God wants me to know by Fulfilling someone's Desire is to love what you do and what u give n who you give to ...... anyway so when your worship leader said he wants u to worship with him don't get him wrong please!!!ty 4 reading

Nyak nyak another War Another Victory / I PASSED my Driving Lessons and I can officially drive on Friday WOOHOOo . Anyway it was a great experience when passed the 1^st time AND! I didn’t Belanja the Instructor Teh Tarik(means I didn’t bribe) in the Middle of the Road it was scary and a blessing that the Instructor was A WOMEN …. I made her pissed coz I made her wait 4 quite a while coz I was throwing Babies in the pool (Inside Jamban). When I came in I did my usual thing like adjusting the Chair , mirror and all sort of things… but the best part is I ALMOST forgot to put on my seat Belt!! But luckily the Engine was already started before I came in so I found out in time I didn’t put on my seat belt ESCAPED DEATH No 1^st ( There’s 4 Mistake I Escaped) .Right after that i finally reach the Road and out of all the days all the OLD Folks came out with their 2.4 CC BMW(Lau YA Car and motor) too annoy all the Students on the Road . I was driving at 40 km/hour but my Instructor ask me to speed up and overtake all the BMW and I had to go up to 60 NGAM NGAM to over take all of them and who could have Thought …. I forgot to put on my right Signal …….but by the grace of God the Instructor was SLEEPING escaped death number 2(one more to go Ladies) and i thought can go mamak n drink teh tarik di but the instructor suddenly woke up and after reaching the U-turn area and the car was AS old AS my Nenek Moyang so I put my gear to no2 . while doing the U-turn who Thought it would happened to me … I MATI ENGINE(means engine die) I felt like I was lost in space but thank GOD I came back to my senses and started the car again and slowly moved out….. and she was like.. Good job good job and went back to sleep and I FINISH MY freaking road test!!!!! One more mistake is from parking test…. It was kinda lame but I manage to Escape in peace … but before when I was sitting all alone out of No where my Friend Daniel wong came coz we were taking the exam on the same day ……and I didn’t know about it (basket….didn’t even tell me) and we were saying we were going to Pass it and go DOTA later so we can celebrate our reward on getting our Lesson( but he failed in the end Lol) … and the worst came … it was the HILL section … this area is the part where it is very easy but one mistake you can say Good bye P sticker . Not only that the parking section I DID a very dangerous mistake but luckily I was at the end of the 4 parking area so they couldn’t see my mistake so I Escaped the 4^th death to failing in my Lesson . Well this is how some Victories I had and I just want to share to you about that Bribing is not a 100% pass but with God in will for you to pass u SURELy will 100% pass nyak nyak Learn from someone who didt bribe LoL… TY TY

Yo watzap...this week is going to b a very Busy week 4 me since im about to have my driving Lesson and usual Job to do in Canaan Land .... but on Sunday i had some Free time and my school mates Decieded to Meet up at 2 o'clock...acctaully i decieded the time . But right after Service some thing came up ... there was a singing audition... so completly forgetting about the meeting and i went 4 the audition and IT Was horrible but luckily i wasnt the worst nyak nyak . witout looking at time ot was 2 15 ... but luckily my one of my friend was at Ampang point shopping and i went with him to Wangsa Maju LoL ... after the meeting they asked me if they could come to my House to lepak /since i got my ps2 n a computer after that they all started playing until they slept over at my House .... coz Sim was like reading manga non stop ....like NAruto on his cheeck aik if u wana DL this Manga here try www.narutocentral.com
